Born in New Jersey, Ruri moved to Japan for 6 years before relocating to New York. Her intellectual curiosity and intimate local market knowledge allow her to educate and give her clients valuable market insight to empower them to make well-informed decisions. A tech-savvy, Ruri exploits cutting-edge marketing techniques and expert negotiation skills to help buyers find their dream homes within their budgets. For sellers, she goes above and beyond to assist them in marketing their properties for top dollar and guides investors in identifying the most lucrative investment in the market. As a Notary public, she protects her clients' interests in real estate contracts.
Previously working in the hospitality industry, Ruri prides herself on her ability to effectively communicate, listen, and intuitively understand her clients' needs.
